Frame chimneys
LLC “Riello Service” produces frame chimneys in full operational readiness.
We take care of not only their design and subsequent production, but also perform service maintenance after the installation.
Our frame structures have limitations: height – up to 60 m, diameter – no more than 1.5 m, the number of take-away barrels – up to 6 pieces.
Frame chimney: features and materials manufacturing
The finished product consists of a frame columns and multiple flues. We produce both modular and solid stainless steel flues.
The chimney has three layers:
- the working surface of the carcass tube: made of steel AISI304;
- insulation of the chimney: basaltic mineral wool layer of 50 mm is used;
- the covering of the tube: made of sheet steel or stainless steel.
Design structure and its production is directly dependent on the materials used. Self-supporting constructions are made of steel no less than 0.55 mm thick, resistant to corrosion and high temperatures.
It is mandatory to apply the marking paint. Plates of mineral wool are covered with special protective cover against wind and moisture. This substantially prolongs the life of the product.
Advantages of frame chimneys:
- low wind pressures on the foundation due to the spatial structure;
- possibility of transportation of the object section by section;
- simple assembly and the ability of doing that directly on site;
- Long-term functionality due to easy replacement of individual elements.
The main task of a chimney is to remove gases from an open flame source through the flue. This explains why they’re usually applied in such places as a bakery, blacksmith, shops, and are also used for boilers. Removing soot and smoke, the chimney eases the gas supply and provides good traction.
