Facade chimneys

The company ‘Riello-service “Ltd. manufactures pipes, which do not require the foundation mounted to the facades.

The savings in their production and installation is achieved due to the lack of foundation work, the simplicity of the design and ease of installation on the wall.

Only the characteristics of height of the building are important, as the facade pipes are mounted inside or outside on the main surface of the building. Their task – to remove the exhaust gases at temperatures up to 600°C at a pressure of 65 Pa.

Pipe smoke facade: construction and materials manufacturing

It is this kind of chimneys that are ordered for boiler extensions, it is attached to the wall of the building itself. It comes as a lightweight frame and the barrel outlet, which is fixed with clamps.

The trunk itself is made modular, each module is made of stainless steel, which mark is determined depending on the temperatures and aggressiveness of the exhaust gases.

Insulation: 60 mm of noncombustible material protects the inner tube from the condensate. A protective insulation is covered with casing made of sheet steel and painted to prevent the entrance of moisture.

Usage of galvanized steel and stainless steel on the customer’s request is possible.

Structural elements at the bottom part of the tube are intended for removing deposits and cleaning of the barrel.

Features of the production and service of the chimneys

Manufacturing of facade chimneys on the LLC “Riello Service” is fully certified. This greatly facilitates the work at all stages of production: design, manufacture and installation does not require lengthy approvals.

The pipe will be delivered in the form of the finished product with a passport and a certificate, which will facilitate its commissioning. We have licenses for every type of work performed.
