Designing Chimneys
Designing chimneys is carried out by experienced specialists with all the requirements of normative documents. We use professional software that allows you to achieve maximum efficiency and accuracy of drafting.

Manufacturing Chimneys
On the base of the production company “Riello-service” production of metal chimneys with insulated gas flues made out of stainless steel with full operational readiness is carried out. This pipe can be manufactured as single-barreled and multilateral.
We have all the necessary equipment for the production of metal-quality pipes. This includes the possibility of execution of even the most complex projects in a constructive manner.
What it is made of
A chimney is a freestanding structure consisting of an outer bearing shell and internal insulated stainless steel flues. Flue pipe insulation increases the “dew point” temperature, which allows to reduce the thickness of the barrel wall and generally extends the life of the pipe due to deceleration of the corrosion processes.
Flues are fixed in such a way that allows them to move freely during thermal expansion during the work process. Besides that, chimneys are equipped with obstacle lighting system consisting of lamps, lighting of the control unit, connecting cable, and a platform required to operate with ladders, providing access to light devices.
Installation and construction of chimneys
Installation of flue pipes is performed by qualified personnel with extensive experience in execution of works of this kind. Construction is carried out in strict accordance with the project documentation and the applicable regulations.
This makes it possible to ensure reliability and long-term and efficient functionality of the pipe. Through the use of modern equipment and machinery the efficiency of the installation and construction work is maximised.

Convenient transportation
Due to the universal design, a chimney can be conveniently transported over long distances in sections and assembled into the finished structure upon arrival to the destination.
Tall and stable
The higher is the chimney, the less stable it is. Instability is mainly due to wind pressures and vibrations caused by them. To increase the stability of the chimney the diameter of the chimney is normally increased. However, increasing diameter and increasing the dimensions of metal chimney leads to additional costs.
Uniqueness of the chimneys manufactured is due to the use of the hydraulic damper installed in the top part of the chimney. The use of hydraulic dampers allows to reduce the diameters of the self-supporting shells without reducing the load capacity.
Own production facilities
Hardware manufacturing is done on own industrial base equipped with the various production facilities and workshops, storage areas and facilities, crane trestle.
Equipment used in manufacturing: guillotine shears, shears, edging and drilling machines, the rolls. If necessary, lathes and milling machines may be used.
Chimneys are made both for individual projects (developed by the design department Ltd. “Riello Service”) and the customers’ projects. Fabricated pipe are compliant with all the rules and regulations applicable on the territory of Russian Federation.
Production is certified
Production of chimneys is certified,, avoiding the lengthy renegotiation with the designers about possible changes in the project. Chimneys are delivered as a finished product with a standard form certificate and a passport of the installed object issued. This greatly simplifies the process of the installed chimneys being accepted by the host supervisory authorities.
Reliability and warranties
Our organization ensures compliance of the scope and quality of work performed with the requirements of the contract specifications and technical documentation (projects, GOST, SNIP, documentation Customer industries), the reliability of the constructed object in operation. Enterprise Rights to perform all of these kinds of works are licensed and certified.
Collaborating with world-renowned companies
LLC “Riello Service” works in collaboration with the Danish company«Steelcon» produces stacks of up to 150 meters tall with a diameter of 4 meters. Additionally, since 2011 our company is a member of the International Society of chimneys manufacturers – CICIND.
